Tufano Capital acts as sponsor and manager of the investment, leading the project throughout its entire cycle. Our involvement includes: Origination and acquisition. Due diligence. Day-to-day hotel operations may be carried out by specialised operators. Tufano Capital retains strategic, financial and operational oversight of the investment and selects the model and operator it considers most suitable for each asset.

Yes. We analyse opportunities presented directly by owners, advisers, brokers and other sector professionals. We particularly value assets with potential for transformation, repositioning or management improvement.
